Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pktk2 ("pktk2", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pktk2 website located at pktk2.ws and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through that website (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Important: pktk2 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on this Platform. We implement age verification procedures and will close any account found to be held by an underage user.

One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one pktk2 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different name, phone number, device, or IP address for the same individual — will be closed and any associated bonuses or winnings forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals in BDT
All transactions on pktk2 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. Processing times and limits are displayed at the cashier.
Bonus Terms Apply

Clause 1
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use a pktk2 account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration; (d) not be a previously excluded or self-excluded player; and (e) not be acting on behalf of another person. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility criteria. pktk2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time.

Account Conduct and Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pktk2 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Opening or operating more than one pktk2 account under any identity or payment method.
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the Platform.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software errors.
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
Clause 3
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All funds deposited into a pktk2 account are held for the purpose of gaming activity and are not interest-bearing. The following payment conditions apply:
- The minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method.
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that is verified and registered in the same name as the pktk2 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- pktk2 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Clause 4
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by pktk2 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:
- The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. It may not be claimed more than once per player, household, device, or IP address.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- pktk2 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means will be void.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to forfeiture if the player attempts to withdraw before meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
Clause 5
Intellectual Property
All content on the pktk2 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual material, and game content — is the intellectual property of pktk2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The following acts are prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pktk2.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
- Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
Clause 6
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pktk2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
- Service interruptions, technical failures, or errors in game software provided by third-party game suppliers.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
pktk2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player protection tools, available directly from your account dashboard:
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
- Session time reminders: set alerts to notify you when a set amount of gaming time has elapsed.
- Self-exclusion: permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or receive marketing communications.

Privacy and Data Protection

Clause 9
Account Closure and Termination
You may close your pktk2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending identity verification or security review. pktk2 reserves the right to close your account, withhold funds, or both, if we reasonably determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or provided false information during registration or verification.
Clause 10
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any other Platform matter, you must submit your complaint in writing to our support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. pktk2 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within seven (7) business days. All disputes will be reviewed in good faith based on available logs, records, and game data. The decision of pktk2 on any dispute shall be final, subject to any overriding statutory rights you may have under applicable law. We strongly encourage players to attempt resolution through our internal process before pursuing any external avenue.
Clause 11
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and pktk2.

Amendments to These Terms
pktk2 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any change, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account at no penalty with any real-money balance returned to your registered payment method.
